RunThrou provides high-converting web architecture, lead capture funnels, CRM automations, and conversational AI engineering. Each engagement is governed by a defined project scope detailing deliverables, timelines, and milestones agreed upon prior to kickoff.

Any features, deliverables, or architectural changes requested outside the agreed project scope will be evaluated, quoted, and confirmed in writing prior to implementation.

Engagements typically require an initial deposit to secure sprint scheduling, with remaining balances tied to defined milestone completions. Invoices are payable upon receipt. Unpaid milestones may temporarily pause active deployments.

Timely delivery depends on active collaboration. Clients agree to provide required assets, access credentials, and stage feedback within reasonable windows to maintain sprint momentum.

Upon full and final payment, full intellectual property rights to custom code, designs, and deliverables transfer completely to the client. RunThrou reserves the standard right to showcase non-confidential project highlights in case studies unless explicitly agreed under NDA.

Both parties agree to protect proprietary materials, client records, and technical trade secrets shared during the project.

Projects may interface with third-party platforms (such as Cloudflare, Webflow, Meta/WhatsApp APIs, or CRMs). While we engineer resilient integrations, RunThrou is not liable for service disruptions caused by external third-party provider outages.

RunThrou shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed total fees paid for the specific service under dispute.
